We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes within India.

3. Shipping Time

Standard delivery: 3-7 business days, depending on your location.Expedited shipping (if available): 1-3 business days.Delivery times may vary due to holidays, weather conditions, or unforeseen delays with our logistics partners.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping may apply on orders above a specified amount (e.g., ₹999)—see promotions at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to monitor your shipment. Track your order on our website or the courier partner’s site.

6. Delivery Issues

Ensure your shipping address is accurate—we’re not responsible for delays due to incorrect details. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at contact@dappledlight.com.

All applicable taxes (e.g., GST) are included in the product price. No additional customs fees apply for shipments within India.
